Available data on international migration reveal an undeniable growth. Should we interpret it as a simple accent of a long trend or as the result of new factors? To answer this question, we must first identify the reality and therefore to take stock of the phenomenon, which allows to specify the main springs.
Les données disponibles sur les migrations internationales mettent en évidence une incontestable croissance. Faut-il l’interpréter comme une simple accentuation d’une tendance longue ou comme le résultat des facteurs nouveaux ? Pour répondre à cette question, il convient d’abord de cerner la réalité et, donc, de prendre la mesure du phénomène, ce qui permet d’en préciser les principaux ressorts.
