La coopération en contexte de transition professionnelle

Abstract : The Collègecommunautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick (Canada) providesa great part of the province's French professional training. The majority of its teachers are former practitioners of the professions and specialisations to be taught. These new teachers go through a marked period of professional transition between the profession and its teaching. This study uses a mixed methodology (wide quantitative study and qualitative case studies) to gather information on challenges faced, and strategies used by these new teachers through this professional transition and also to explore ways of sustaining the development of their teaching abilities. The results dealing with the functions and challenges of cooperation in this context will be more specifically presented.
