In France, a report on the future of pension systems has been drafted by the adminsition in charge of anticipating the future, the Planning Commission. This report is referred to the Commissioner of the name, Mr. Charpin. Some practicing ostrich policy, dispute this report. Or lucidity is to examine objectively, which leads us to consider the lights of knowledge it brings, but also the shortcomings.

En France, un rapport sur le futur des systèmes de retraite a été rédigé par l’instance chargée d’anticiper l’avenir, le Commissariat au Plan. Ce rapport est désigné sous le nom du Commissaire, monsieur Charpin. Certains, pratiquant la politique de l'autruche, contestent ce rapport. Or la lucidité consiste à l'examiner objectivement, ce qui conduit à considérer les lumières de connaissance qu'il apporte, mais également ses insuffisances.
