Since the XXe century we knew a tremendous increase in the potential for accidents and disasters with the use of machines and the concentration of workers in frequently unsuitable workplaces. The XXIe century could be the century of the psychosocial risks with a huge mental strain on the workers. The objective is to analyse if juridical system is able to take into account this evolution of industrial accidents and diseases through the French legal experience
