Face aux nouveaux régimes temporels métropolitains, les pistes du chrono-urbanisme pour une ville malléable

Abstract : The progressive elimination of temporal unity, space and institutional actions, the big bang of organizations and space pressures individuals and organizations to adapt, bringing about new structures, other temporal alliances, hybrids or coalitions. Beyond the adaptations in progress the changes require actors of the urban factory to finally take into consideration time as an essential dimension of urban dynamics. This new awareness allows imagining the outline of a new "augmented urbanism" that is both temporal and temporary and unthought-of regulation, of a "city malleable", flexible, supple and adaptable in its space and time. To focus on human being and use makes it possible to pass from hardware to software, from material to collective intelligence, from concrete to a temporal architecture of cities and space.
