Les trajectoires des bénéficiaires du RSA : enseignements d'une classification

Abstract : We mobilize a typology of RSA's perception trajectories to provide an overview of the three-year change in a cohort of household beneficiaries. We begin by describing our cohort, consisting of simultaneously incoming households, in the department of Isère. We recall its structural features, including an over-representation of outing from RSA trajectories. We also present a description of mobility encountered during the three years of follow up. We present in a second time our classification into eight groups. We can associate groups with related data including household activity. Based on this classification, we find that the "socle" and "activité" components of RSA are both marked by massive outputs of the device, combined with a favorable professional development for members of the household. The two components are also associated with a sustainable maintenance in allowance, which is however less important. Basically, either in the "socle" or "activité" components cleavage appears between firstly households who leave permanently the allocation and secondly those, in employment or not, who require sustainable financial support.
