France has just gained the next UEFA Euro 2016 championship. It will lead to the building of new stadium and the rehabilitation of some others. It brings new perspectives to many projects led by French clubs ; projects that were sufferings from such difficulties as funding and population rejects. The French state opened the way to a public funding of such " big stadium " by recognising them a public interest whatever their ownership. Remains the needs to engage a debate on the opportunities of theses projects and their management. Example with the Rhône-Alpes region.
