Une démarche d'intelligence territoriale de proximité en Île-de-France ou la synergie entre situations de formation et insertion par l'activité économique

Abstract : The proposed communication aims to presenting the issues (implementation, performance, prospects) of cooperation that has developed around the establishment of a training DUCA (college degree for business creation) combining three partners: the University of Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée (IUT component), the Local Mission Marne river banks (whose mission is to assist young people in the process of emergence to validate their ideas and draft presentation enabling them to present to the selection jury to integrate DUCA, providing some training modules, methodology, project management and communication) and the Boutique de Gestion ADIL94 Management Association (providing training in management for business creators). The aim is to train specifically pre-selected youth to lead to a degree course (pending a bac +1 by CNCP: National Commission for Vocational Certification) and assist them in creating their business with the support of local authorities and local businesses. Cooperation between the IUT de Marne-la-Vallée, Local Mission Marne river banks and the Boutique de Gestion has been established in the course of 2006. To date, three promotions followed the DUCA, who helped train 73 youth and creating activities for 14 young people. The partnership has resulted in the creation of a Group of Young Artists (GJC). There are others as well (thirteen in France to this day), grouped in a national association (ANGC) promoting the exchange of experiences. The GJC we propose to present was a bold gamble with young people who do not recognize themselves in conventional insertion processes. They bring initiatives, but face challenges that conventional networks are not always able to integrate. This action enhances the potential that can be demonstrated in achieving a professional project, and acts as an accelerator of skills based on the induced effects (learning capacity and decision autonomy). In post-training phase, the role of the Local Mission is focused on monitoring the participants of each promotion. At first, it is essentially to guide young people wishing to engage in the design phase to specialized operators in our territory (Nacre operators largely, the nerwork France Active, France Initiative, Adie, the ITC, CMA ...) able to support the funding efforts, accommodation or monitoring post-creation. We will also present the possibilities for the development of the partnership established (companies support, etc..) And distance education extended beyond the initial period.
