[Publication of demographic trends in France is an opportunity to reflect on the question of marriage and civil partnership. How are they changing? To answer this question, we consider the triptych of words forming the title of an American series widely circulated for years: The Bold and the Beautiful. To understand the marriage must adapt to the title: "Love, law and tax due."]

La publication des évolutions démographiques en France est l'occasion de s'interroger sur la question du mariage et du Pacs. Comment évoluent-ils ? Pour répondre à cette question, on songe au triptyque de mots formant le titre d'une série américaine largement diffusée depuis des années : Amour, gloire et beauté. Pour comprendre la nuptialité, il faut l'adapter pour l'intituler : " Amour, droit et raison fiscale ".
