Lumières sur l'improvisation théâtrale : trois usages éducatifs d'une pratique sociale innovante

Abstract : I will use the French 18th century controversy about theater to show how modern improvisation can be described as an innovative tool for education. I will detail three pedagogical uses of improvisation : education of customs, emotional self-control and, finally, action in society learning. These three dimensions can be seen in modern teaching within French grandes écoles as well as for professional training
