De la pierre à l'os : ou comment reconstituer des chaînes techniques opératoires impliquant l'os et la pierre.

Abstract : By means of a specific example the author attempts to show how the study of lithic tools is intrinsically linked to that of objects fabricated in hard animal materials. This example involves pebbles that, according to experimental reconstructions and the archaeological context of the tools themselves, probably served as " mallets " for indirect percussion in the fashioning of bone, antler and ivory objets.
