Malleable city: an urban structure geared to the new timeframes of uses

Abstract : The concept of the malleable city requires the creation of adaptable urban projects, the deployement of a new urban ergonomics, and the development of new tools and techniques. This strategy contributes to the emergence of a new urban identity that is flexible in relation to time, space, and inhabitation.
