Les plates-formes web comme nouvel intermédiaire de l'innovation. : L'exemple du crowdsourcing, un processus d'institutionnalisation du mouvement de l'open source.

Abstract : Businesses are now opening their innovation process to the public, including defines the concept of open innovation. Collaboration between users and companies is so valued. This collaboration enabled by internet devices, in our study is formalizing the phenomenon of crowdsourcing, crosses dynamics distinct, sometimes antagonistic.
