Utopies culturelles, politiques normatives et mémoires d'un territoire

Abstract : The political rationalization of the territorialized cultural action comes along with redefinitions of the legitimacy of the local forms of intervention. Its lived stakes are genealogically analyzed, in the individual and collective scale, in a series of life story interviews where the generation, the successive positions and the local commitment in the field of culture of the investigated actors are considered. The reasons of the territorial actors with a practical experience, initiating actions of cultural socialization bound to the educational utopia of the "culture for all" are compared with those of the elected representatives and/or experts of the public policies governed by stakes in fame of the Commune and in the visibility of the cultural operations.
