La vente directe dans le tissu socio-spatial en Bretagne : contribution d'un géographe

Abstract : A geographical focus on direct food sales gives the opportunity to enlarge the approaches of the town and country relationship, to discuss the organic and fair trade tendancies, to connect spatiality with food education and to debate the valuation of local cultures.
