Les stratégies discursives du développement au Burkina Faso

Abstract : Considered by all international institutions as one of the poorest countries in the world, Burkina Faso since the 1970 is a privileged field for the work of NGOs. In the era of urgency took over the Sahel, for twenty years, the era of development projects and decentralized cooperation, influenced by the discourse of international donors, and planned in consultation with the beneficiaries. The form of development seems to take over the substance and real help. Thus, the "Burkina for NGO's" expresses opposing forces: first, a dynamism and a willingness displayed, served by an important communication which makes it an example for other African countries, but also a certain inability to develop positive clear, visible, in short: to prove its effectiveness. Faced with increased competition, the obligation of good communication seems more important than the obligation of success and efficiency.
