Politiques de l'emploi : une analyse des transformations de l'action publique en Wallonie et en France

Abstract : The subject of this article is the analysis of the changes at work in regional employment policy in France and in Belgium. It is based on an analytical model that brings together the main elements of public policy and of the reasons for action in economic sectors. Using this model, the authors offer a comparative reading and a measure of the changes at work in the sector of public action in a context of increasing Europeanisation that promotes increased regionalisation of public action, increased responsibility for individuals and the development of public-private partnerships in the implementation of public measures.
