A la recherche de son juge dans le ressort du parlement de Flandre

Abstract : The jurisdiction of Parliament of Flanders followed the vicissitudes of war and peace treaties. The changing frontier ente France and the Southern Netherlands gave the defendants a permanent doubt about the referral of a lawful judge. The litigants were facing a miscarriage of justice because nothing had been planned to address the issues of jurisdiction. He had to wait sometimes more than ten years for which individuals might find a certain jurisdiction and authority. However, if the royal legislation regulated the situation for the future, it does not mean emptying the previous conflict.
