Nomades et Etat : l'impensé juridique

Abstract : Is the logic of modern States impervious to the thought of the nomadic condition? Usign the example of the Tuaregs territorial rules, this study aims at demonstrating that in the field of law very much like in other human activities, the rational and the imaginary are always closely interrelated, thus establishing how relative the legitimacy of law is.
