Processus de développement des loisirs sportifs en Auvergne

Abstract : It is possible to practice many different outdoors and sports activities in Auvergne. The region has been marked by history and endowed with a remarkable cultural inheritance. Cross-country skiing, mountaineering/ climbing, hiking, mountain biking or kayak all contribute to develop the use of those open spaces. Participants such as teachers, providers, instructors or development agents, commit themselves to the organization of spaces where people can practice sports, of services and products designed for varied needs and requests. In this article we will deal with the present situation of this sector and try to understand which factors must be taken into account concerning the organization of the site. From a theoretical point of view, we will consider it as a territory composed of specific links between contributors and customers. To aim at a sustainable system, it seems to be important to stengthen the collective mind, which requires side plans to refer to.
