The Green Party: An undeserved success?

Abstract : This chapter is focused on the Czech Green Party. It presents its turbulent existence since the Velvet Revolution, his recent electoral and governmental emergence. The paper discusses the difficulties in implementing a green program in the Czech governmental context. It concludes on an analysis of the limited institutionalization of the party in practice and its dependence from political personalities.
