LES ANGES DANS L'ISLAM

Abstract : The importance of angels in Muslim thought may appear very discrete and marginal – they seem to be simply obedient servants of the divine will. This article intends to show that, on the contrary, neither world nor religious life are conceivable without their existence; and that they may even be understood as a key of mankind's more secret destiny
