Connaissez vous une ressource a-territoriale ?
Résumé
The title given to this symposium is : "The notion of territorial resource". This paper examines the relevance of the term "notion" and the adjective "territorial". First a few indications are provided for the frame of reference that is used, then a generic modelling of the resource is proposed through the triad "author'project/resource". From that point, attention is focused on this triad that is indissociable and undertaken to ensure the author's future. Such triad is a construction - a social, cognitive, environmental construction - and cannot be a mixture of several territorialities and temporalities. This leads to consider that the "territorial resource" is neither a concept nor a notion but an expression, a pleonasm above all used as a symptom that we analyse further.
Such analysis helps us put forward the following hypothesis :
- We may be in the presence of a language action, a reflection of the identificaion crisis that our world is going through in this age of transition, an age of META-morphoses ;
- Such form of expression may be drawing two damaging effects :
- one that fosters the fragmentation processes, the social division,
- another that poorly orientales the "problem to raise the problem" in order to grasp local development taking into account the present globalisation context.
We offer here to go off at a tangent : to open "works" on the "MAKING" process with determined tools would be a pragmatic possibility, a form of research-action in order to rework on the "problem to raise the problem" in the construction of the resource in the local-global in-between by grasping the co-evolution of the three poles of the "author/project/resource" triad. This would show - not the proximity of the "ex-territorial" resource-but the processes of dialogical compositions of the nearby and the far away, of the endogenous and the exogenous aspects, of the closing and the opening as well as multiple conbined temporalities and territorialities thanks to the investment of the local - global in-between.

Après quelques indications sur le reférentiel utilisé, il est proposé une modélisation générique de la resource via celle de la triade "auteur/projet/ressource". Partant, notre attention est focalisée sur cette triade indissociable et en oeuvre pour assurer le devenir de l'auteur. - celui de mal orienter le "problème de poser le problème" pour appréhender le développement local dans les configurations actuelles de la mondialisation.
Pour explorer cette hypothèse il est proposé un détour. Ouvrir des chantiers sur le "FAIRE" avec des outils proposés, serait une possibilité pragmatique, une forme de recherche-action pour re-travailler le "problème de poser le problème" de la construction de la ressource dans l'entre-deux local-planètaire en appréhendant la co-évolution de trois pôles de la triade "auteur/projet/ressource". D'emblée serait indiquée, non pas la proximité de la ressource "ex-territoriale", mais par l'investissement de l'entre-d'eux local - planétaire, les processus de compositions dialogiques du proche et du lointain, de l'endogène et exogène, de la fermeture et de l'ouverture ainsi que des temporalités et territorialités multiples conjuguées.
