Territorialisation(s) et Parcs Naturels Régionaux

Abstract : The Regional Natural Parks exists from 40 years. They give un good example of public policy becamed more and more territorial. To demonstrate this processus, historiographic analysis was used. In reaction against new local problems, the State formulate in the middle of 60' this original sort of Parc, without constraints or limitations for space using, practices, hunting, building, ... and characterised by a development project for a territory regard as a natural and cultural patrimony rich and fragile. The dissociation betwenn processus of institution and processus of constitution was made. The first one permited the creation of instrument for subtle space planning. The second processus maked territory about a local project. A critic of territorialisation need however to understand, through the genese, the socio-politic dynamic betwenn this two processus.
