Les politiques publiques à l'épreuve de l'action locale : Critiques de la territorialisation

Abstract : This work presents a new series of critical analyses on the territorialisation of the public policies in France and in Europe. The work is organized in three parts : " in the event of territories ", " in the toolbox " and " on the political ground. These works situated in the fields of the political science, the sociology and the geography open a new cycle in the critical analysis of the territorial forms of the public share, which reconciles with talent the horizontality and the verticality of the traditional modes of analysis. It is also the occasion to meet new methodological and abstract challenges to announce better between the tendencies contemporary meet new methodological and abstract challenges to announce better between the contradictory contemporary tendencies to the homogenization and to the differentiation. Two Referent (the political analyst Pierre Muller and the geographer Martin Vanier) comment at the end of work the reach of the new controversies in presence, mainly proposed here by the " young research ", and of which the origin Results from a congress of the French Association of political Science which was held on June 15th and 16th 2006 in the Institute of Political Studies of Grenoble.
