Les années "fastes" de la Revue française du travail (1946-1948)

Abstract : Created in 1946, The Revue française du travail distinguished itself from other previous Ministry of labour publications. In addition to practical information, it actually gathered in-depth articles written mainly by senior officials and, to a lesser extent, by academicians and unionists (until 1947 for the latter). The Liberation reforms (social insurance, works councils...) and questions of labour have been abundantly addressed in the spirit of great intellectual curiosity regarding foreign and international experiences. As of 1948, however, the irregular publication periods and the absence of the unionists among the revue's authors notably bears witness to a crisis, which lasted until the 1960s.
