Une méthode pour évaluer la production du langage spontané chez l'enfant de 2 à 4 ans

Abstract : An method for evaluating two to four-year-olds' spontaneous language production
The “Fisher-Price” house situation is a friendly tool for analysing the spontaneous production of child language. It allows recording and analysis of language in quasi-natural situations, targeted on children with a language development age of two to four. This article presents qualitative and quantitative data on lexical and syntactic levels, as well as the analysis of a clinical case study of a specific language impairment. Reference data was obtained from 315 individual child recordings. All data was processed using the CHILDES system tools and especially the POST analyser. The analysis method presented in this article is suited to studying the language produced by very young children or by children with delays or deficits in language development.
