Istanbul dans la presse satirique ottomane (1870-1876)

Abstract : The satirical press in late 19th century made fun of the municipal services in Istanbul, stressed the mud in the streets, the crowd in the boats. The developpement of this municipal sensibility of the press functions as a substitute to political critisizm whic is impossible because of lack of freedom of speech.
