The purpose of this new topic is to bring elements of reflection on the contribution of the new technologies in the midst of the world of research, from the perspective of the distribution of scientific information as well as from the point of view of communication between the sciences. In this framework, we also wish to take stock of our experience in electronic publishing, and to undertake a comparative presentation.
