Fraude électorale et socialisation politique. : Le cas du scrutin législatif du 17 mai 1999 dans la ville bédouine de Rahat (Néguev, Israël)

Abstract : The study of fraud in the Bedouin city of Rahat, Israel at the time of the legislative elections of May 17, 1999 shows that this practice did not always favour the political socialisation of the electorate standards, as has been suggested by Oliver Ihl and Alain Garriguou in Europe. In Rahat, the conditions under which the electorate was mobilised and supervised enabled militants to impose alternative conceptions of elections that increased voters' feeling of alienation from a system in which they already placed few hopes.
