Alf Ross et la conception référentielle de la signification en droit

Abstract : Defining legal concepts is the central question in Alf Ross Theory. It leads him to a still relevant reflexion about the anlysis of meaning which owes a lot to the prime philosopher from the analytic school and especially to Russell. However, Ross hads modified such an analysis and abandoned a strictly referential conception of meaning and then he has contributed to new approaches of legal concepts.
