Vers une meilleure connaissance du comportement dynamique des systèmes de production : Conception de modèles génériques et simulation continue

Abstract : This thesis consists of a better understanding of the regulation mechanisms of industrial companies, faced with dysfunctions of their production system. According to Jay W. Forrester's systems dynamics theoretical framework, we describe non-linear behaviors from the system concept of feedback structures. Continuous generic models are developed by identifying multiple-coupled cybernetic mechanisms, associated with different classes of operating systems. The simulation results can help to improve the a priori non-intuitive knowledge of these complex systems behaviors, and this, in different time horizons. Finally, this research mainly focuses on the relations between the multiple production systems structures and their behavior dynamics.
