| The epigraphic studies are increasingly gaining ground in the European academic ambient of analyzes about the Middle Ages, thus attracting the attention of young researchers interested in a cultural approach of the history of the Middle Ages. The present article discusses this ongoing trend, with special attention to the analyzes of the medieval inscriptions in the Iberian Peninsula. |
