LA STRUCTURE DE FINANCEMENT DES FIRMES : UN MODELE STOCHASTIQUE EN TEMPS CONTINU.

In this paper, we develop a model of the firm which use a utility function of the generated wealth for the choice of its financial structure. In using two special cases, we show that the choices of this financial structure are closely linked with the environmental constraints and the accessible technology. The evolution of this structure is correlated with the evolution of these parameters. Besides, the fact to use a negative utility function, linked with the loss of power when the firm has external shareholder, is a good way to understand the hierarchy between the different types of the funds and their evolution in the financial structure of the firm.

Dans cet article, nous développons un modèle de la firme qui, pour le choix de sa structure de financement, prend en compte une fonction d'utilité liée à la richesse générée par sa fonction de production. Nous montrons alors, en appliquant notre modèle à deux cas particuliers, que les choix de cette structure de financement sont en relation directe avec les contraintes environnementales de la firme et la technologie accessible. Ils évoluent en étroite corrélation avec l'évolution des paramètres qui leur sont rattachés. En outre, le fait de tenir compte d'une déutilité, liée à la perte de pouvoir qu'engendre l'appel à des capitaux extérieurs, permet de mieux comprendre les hiérarchies dans les appels de capitaux et leurs évolutions temporelles.
